Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Springfield, MA, to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 20252026 school year. This role will support a high school caseload, providing a combination of direct therapy and consultative services for both General Education students and programs such as Life Skills and LINKS.
Job Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLPA License

Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
Job Duties:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy under SLP supervision

Support students in both General Education and specialized programs (Life Skills, LINKS)

Assist with progress monitoring and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
